SINCOL warrants that all flooring materials manufactured by Sincol will be of first quality and will be free from manufacturing defects within generally accepted standards of the flooring industry.

Sincol of America, Inc. warrants that the wear surface, when properly maintained, shall offer 10 year service life. Service life is defined as having sufficient wear layer to protect the pattern film from loss of pattern color. When properly applied, Sincol adhesives are warranted to bond Sincol tile and plank to a substrate for the useful life of the floor.

All Vinyl Tile and Vinyl Wood Plank must be maintained and installed according to Sincol of America’s guidelines.

Claims against this warranty are to be presented in writing describing the nature of the claim and be accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of an invoice copy. Upon receipt of claim, Sincol of America, Inc. will arrange to have the material inspected either by an agent, employee or independent inspection service. If inspection and testing confirm an obligation on the part of Sincol of America, Inc. the manufacturer will arrange for replacement of the defective material.

Excluded from warranty:

1. Claims regarding color or texture deviation from samples or printed illustrations after the materials are installed.

2. Loss of wear surface gloss or texture.

3. Claims as result of improper installation methods, which include but are not limited to, improper adhesive, improper trowel notch size, improper sub-floor preparation or job-site acclimation (Sincol installation recommendations are published and available).

4. Dissatisfaction of bond failure due to the effects of moisture or alkali emitted from substrate.

5. Claims for labor allowance on product installed with obvious defects.

6. Mechanical damage due to cuts, scrapes, gouges or burns and chemical damage (stains) caused by, but not limited to, asphalt sealers, dyes, resins, U.V. degradation, fungus or plasticizer migration.

This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
