1. After installation sweep and vacuum floor to remove the dirt and heavy particulate, (use a putty knife or scraper to remove sticky build-ups). Excess adhesive should be removed with soapy water followed by mineral spirits. Apply the mineral spirits to a towel and not directly onto the floor.

2. Apply Sincol Floor Stripper to the finished floor. Make sure to rinse the stripper from the floor using a damp mop.

3. Apply a minimum of 3 coats of Sincol floor finish waiting approximately 30 minutes between coats. Always use a rayon mop head when applying floor finish.

4. Sweep and wash floors as needed using Sincol Floor Cleaner. If buffing is the desired, use a white or ivory pad with a slow speed 175 r.p.m. machine.

5. When the flooring surface starts looking dull deep cleaning is needed. (Visible dirt or color differences in tile or sheet) Apply 2-3 more coats of Sincol floor finish.

6. After application of 10-15 coats of Sincol floor finish, strip the floor using Sincol Floor Stripper and start over from the beginning.
